Salvatore Filippone c2377670eb Fixed sphalo to use getrow, not getblk, to avoid problems with 
subsequente all-to-all.
Fixed getblk to use fixcoo by default. 
Fixed spclip to use getrow, and save on memory space. 
Should we change fixcoo name?
