First round of changes: fixed SYMBMM,NUMBMM to use GETROW.

THis has to be updated in two ways:
1. the symbmm/numbmm equivalent must be made smarter (perhaps a cache
for rows extracted from B?)
2. the whole getrow/getblk/clip chain must be changed.
